Technical pack
Editable drawings, BOM, finish schedule and packaging specification in your name.

We turn a drawing, a photograph or a rough idea into a manufactured product you can sell under your own name. Furniture, joinery, lighting, stone and metalwork developed with vetted factories in Europe and Asia — costed honestly, prototyped properly, and produced under inspection with landed cost fixed before you commit.
We take your sketch, competitor sample or reference photograph and produce the pack a factory actually needs: dimensioned drawings, exploded assembly, bill of materials, hardware schedule, finish references, packaging and marking specification, and the tolerances that define acceptance. Nothing about your product stays open to interpretation.
You own the drawings, the tooling and the supplier relationship. We build them for you — we do not hold them hostage.
We assess whether the product can be made at your target price and volume, and say so honestly before you spend anything. If the numbers do not work, we tell you what would need to change.
Everything produced during development is handed over to you. If you later want to run the supplier relationship directly, you can — with the full file in your hands.
Editable drawings, BOM, finish schedule and packaging specification in your name.
Sealed, photographed reference unit with the signed approval record.
Unit, tooling, freight and landed cost with volume break points.
Audited factory details, contacts, terms and inspection history.
Private-label and OEM development is treated as mysterious, but it is a sequence of ordinary decisions taken in the right order. This is that sequence, written the way we run it, with the traps that cost Greek businesses the most money marked along the way.
The first question is never how it looks; it is whether the target price is physically achievable at your volume. Material cost, labour content, tooling amortisation, freight volume and duty set a hard floor. A sofa that must land at a certain price cannot carry a frame, a foam grade and a fabric that together exceed it, no matter how good the design is.
We run that arithmetic first, from real factory inputs, and tell you early if the concept needs to change — a different substrate, a simpler assembly, a knock-down structure that ships flat. Businesses that skip this step spend months on drawings for a product that could never have been sold profitably.
Cost is a design input, not a result you discover at the end.
Factories do not price ideas; they price documents. A quote given against a photograph is a guess that will be corrected upwards later, or delivered as the cheapest interpretation available. The pack removes that: every dimension, every board thickness, every hinge model, every finish code, every carton.
It also makes competing quotes meaningful. Three factories quoting against one identical pack produce three comparable numbers. Three factories quoting against a conversation produce three different products at three different prices, and the cheapest is almost always the least specified.
Dimensioned, exploded and assembly views with tolerances stated.
Named brands and models for hardware, not generic descriptions.
Referenced to recognised colour and gloss standards, with physical chips.
Carton construction, protection, marking and pallet configuration.
A large share of first-time OEM projects are quoted by trading companies presenting themselves as manufacturers. The trader is not always a problem — some manage small orders well — but you must know which you are dealing with, because a trader's quality control is only as good as the workshop they subcontract, and you have no visibility into it.
We verify who actually owns the machines, visit the plant, and check that the category on the floor matches the category you are buying. A factory that excels at melamine case goods is usually the wrong choice for solid timber, and an excellent lighting assembler may have no competence in die-casting.
Prototype phases fail when feedback arrives as opinions rather than instructions. We convert every comment into a numbered change on a written list with a responsible party and a date, and each new sample is assessed against that list only. Three rounds is usually enough; ten rounds means the brief was never fixed.
The output is a golden sample: physically sealed, photographed from every angle, with its approval record signed. From then on, the sample is the standard. Every future inspection, complaint and reorder is judged against it, which is what allows quality to hold steady across years of repeat production.
Feedback becomes a numbered change list, not a conversation.
Any factory can produce an impressive first run under attention. Consistency across the second, fifth and tenth order is what determines whether your brand survives. That consistency comes from documentation — locked specification, version control, retained golden sample, inspection at every run — not from goodwill.
We also plan the unglamorous parts upfront: spare component supply so a single broken part does not scrap a unit, packaging revisions once real transit damage data exists, and a volume ladder that tells you exactly what changes if your order doubles. That is what turns a one-off product into a line you can build a business on.
Version-controlled pack; no silent substitutions between runs.
Golden sample held for comparison against every future batch.
Hardware and components stocked so single failures are repairable.
Documented price and lead-time effect of scaling the order up.
It depends entirely on the category. Upholstery and case goods often start at 50–200 units, lighting at 200–500, and stone or metal fabrication can start far lower. We confirm real MOQs during factory matching, before you commit to anything.
We can develop a product inspired by a reference while respecting registered designs and patents. Where a reference is protected, we redesign the elements that matter so you own a legitimate product rather than a liability.
You do. Tooling paid for by you is registered to you, and the technical pack is delivered in editable form in your name. We do not lock clients into our file.
Yes. European production gives shorter lead times, easier compliance and smaller batches; Asian production usually wins on unit cost at volume. We quote both when the category allows and let the numbers decide.
We coordinate CE marking, electrical safety, fire performance and emissions testing with accredited laboratories as part of development, so the product can legally be sold in the market you are targeting.
Send a sketch, a photo or a competitor's product. We will tell you whether it can be made at your price, and what the first run would cost landed in Greece.
