Mill-direct grading
Rustic, natural and select grades specified per batch — you see the grade sample before the order ships.
Engineered oak, solid parquet, SPC rigid-core and commercial laminate — direct from European mills, graded and acclimatised.
Engineered oak in wide planks and herringbone, solid parquet, waterproof SPC rigid-core planks and AC5-rated laminate for commercial traffic — imported direct from European mills, graded, moisture-checked and acclimatised before it reaches your site.

Two floors with the same name can be different products: the grade controls how much knot and colour variation you see, and the moisture content controls whether the floor moves after installation. We specify the grade per batch, show you the grade sample before the order ships, and deliver every batch moisture-checked and documented at 8–10% — the number that matters when the floor meets underfloor heating.

The grade sample you approve is the batch that ships — photographed, moisture-checked and packed with its matching trims.
The programme runs from wide-plank engineered oak and classic herringbone to SPC rigid-core planks for wet and heavy-traffic areas and AC5 laminate for commercial floors — with stair noses, profiles and skirting in the same finish, so the edges don't betray the floor.
Planks, herringbone, laminate, stair noses and skirting come from the same mill programme, so the floor, the stairs and the edges are one finish, one delivery.

Engineered constructions rated for UFH, with moisture content checked and documented per delivery.
AC4–AC5 laminate and UV-oiled engineered oak for retail, hospitality and office traffic.
Stair noses, profiles and skirting in the same finish — no third-party mismatch at the edges.
Wide planks 190–240 mm, brushed, UV-oiled or lacquered
Classic 45°/90° parquet patterns in engineered construction
Oak and walnut solid strips for glue-down installations
100% waterproof stone-polymer planks, 4–6 mm with pre-attached underlay
AC4–AC5 click laminate, water-resistant cores available

Wide engineered planks in brushed, UV-oiled oak give a home the warmth tile never reaches — and they live happily over underfloor heating when the construction is rated for it.

Rooms take engineered oak with a 3–4 mm wear layer that can be refinished once, or AC5 laminate where luggage traffic is brutal. Both arrive with matching skirting and thresholds.

AC4–AC5 laminate and SPC rigid-core planks carry trolleys, heels and chairs for years, in decors indistinguishable from oak at standing distance. Click-lock installation keeps the fit-out schedule intact.

Open-plan layouts want one continuous floor from the kitchen through to the living area, but a kitchen is where spills, dishwashers and underfloor heating all meet the wood at once. A stable engineered construction with the right wear layer and a moisture-tested batch keeps the run continuous without gambling on the kitchen zone.
Engineeredoak,solidparquet,SPCrigid-coreandcommerciallaminate—directfromEuropeanmills,gradedandacclimatised.
Engineered oak for living spaces and premium rooms, laminate for heavy traffic, solid parquet for glue-down tradition. The use decides the construction; the colour comes after.
Rustic, natural or select changes the whole look and the price. Approve a physical grade sample — we hold the batch to it.
Straight laying needs 7–10% extra, herringbone 12–15%. We compute the quantity from your plans and pack accordingly, so the last row isn't a surprise order.
Boxes rest in the room 48–72 hours at living temperature. The delivery is moisture-documented so the installer knows exactly what the floor will do.
Wide engineered planks amplify an uneven subfloor into visible rock and creak that a narrower board would hide, and that's a defect discovered underfoot, not on the delivery note. Flatness is checked and corrected to the plank width's tolerance before installation starts, not assumed from the screed certificate alone.
Residual screed moisture pushes up through the floor and cups the boards within months. The screed must be measured — under 2% CM for glue-down — before a single box opens.
Wood moves with the seasons. Floors fitted tight to the wall tent up in the first humid summer — 10 mm at the perimeter, hidden by the skirting, is not optional.
Shade varies between production batches. Order the full quantity in one batch and lay from several boxes at once so variation blends instead of banding.

Planks, herringbone, laminate, stair noses and skirting come from the same mill programme, so the floor, the stairs and the edges are one finish, one delivery. This is the part most suppliers leave out: what we import, how wood Flooring, Laminate, SPC & Parquet should be specified before anyone prices it, where projects lose money, and what our 1–3 weeks lead time actually covers.
Engineered oak in wide planks and herringbone, solid parquet, waterproof SPC rigid-core planks and AC5-rated laminate for commercial traffic — imported direct from European mills, graded, moisture-checked and acclimatised before it reaches your site.
Because we buy wood Flooring, Laminate, SPC & Parquet directly from the factories, the range you see is the range we can programme — not a catalogue we hope to source later. In practice that means engineered Oak, herringbone & Chevron and solid Parquet, each with its own price band and availability, so a specification can be tuned to a budget instead of abandoned.

Specifying wood Flooring, Laminate, SPC & Parquet well comes down to a short list of decisions taken in the right order — choose construction before colour, fix the grade on a sample, calculate waste by pattern and acclimatise before laying. Taken on paper, these cost nothing. Taken on site, each one is a change order.
We write the specification with you before anything is quoted, so the number you get is for the material that will actually be installed. That means confirmed dimensions and finishes, the right performance class for the space, and quantities that include the waste factor rather than discovering it mid-installation.
The same reference behaves differently depending on where it goes — residences and apartments, hotel rooms and suites, retail and offices and restaurants and cafes each carry their own requirements, and we specify against the space rather than against a mood image.
Real oak wear layer on a stable multi-ply core — the dimensionally stable way to lay wood.
Laminate abrasion class; AC4 is heavy domestic, AC5 is full commercial.
The real-wood top of an engineered board; 3–4 mm allows one refinishing.
Classic 90° parquet pattern; needs precise subfloor flatness and 12–15% waste.
Almost every delay we are called in to rescue traces back to the same handful of causes: laying straight onto a damp screed, skipping the expansion gap, mixing batches across a room and fitting over heating without checking the construction rating. None of them are exotic, and all of them are avoidable at specification stage.
Laying straight onto a damp screed is the most expensive one, because residual screed moisture pushes up through the floor and cups the boards within months. The screed must be measured — under 2% CM for glue-down — before a single box opens.
We have supplied wood Flooring, Laminate, SPC & Parquet into residences & apartments, hotel rooms & suites and retail & offices, and the pattern is consistent: the projects that run smoothly are the ones where the material was locked before the trades were booked.
Skipping the expansion gap — checked once on paper, never again on site.

Not every engineered floor is rated for a heated screed, and running heat under an unrated board can open joints and void the warranty within the first heating season.
Standard lead time on wood Flooring, Laminate, SPC & Parquet is 1–3 weeks from confirmed specification, and that window covers the whole chain — factory programming, consolidation, transport, customs where applicable and delivery to site or to your warehouse. We quote the landed number, not an ex-works price that grows later.
Pricing is per project rather than per line. Because we import directly and consolidate wood Flooring, Laminate, SPC & Parquet with the rest of the materials for the same room, you get one quote, one delivery window and one point of contact — and the savings show up on the total, not just on a headline reference.
If you already have drawings, send them and we will come back with a specification and a landed price. If you do not, we will build the specification with you first. Either way, nothing is ordered until the quantities, finishes and dates are agreed in writing.
Residences and premium hospitality take engineered oak; high-traffic commercial takes AC5 laminate. We price both in the same quote so you compare on real numbers.
Yes — engineered constructions are UFH-approved and we deliver them moisture-checked. We note the commissioning protocol for the heating engineer.
Wet areas, basements, rentals and heavy commercial floors — SPC is fully waterproof, dimensionally stable over underfloor heating and installs click-lock over most existing substrates. We quote it beside engineered oak so you see the cost and the trade-off.
Typically 7–10% for straight laying, 12–15% for herringbone. We calculate the exact quantity from your plans and pack it accordingly.
Yes — every range carries matching trims, profiles and skirting, quoted on the same order so finishes are identical.
