PlumbingImported & distributed

Pipework, fittings, manifolds, valves and drainage — imported and stocked as complete systems.

A bathroom or a kitchen is only as good as what sits behind the wall. We import plumbing systems — multilayer and PPR pipework, brass fittings, manifolds, valves, concealed cisterns, drainage and waste — and supply them as one coordinated package with the sanitaryware and heating on the same order, so the installer receives a system rather than a pile of parts.

00 / The brief

What's behind the wall is where a project quietly loses its schedule.

Nobody photographs a manifold, and nobody forgives a leak — or a delivery that arrives without the part the plumber needed that morning. We import plumbing as complete systems — supply pipework with matched fittings, brass valves, manifolds, drainage and gullies — so every joint belongs to one system with one compatibility logic, and the whole order lands with the sanitaryware and heating on the same truck.

1–2 wks

Delivered with the sanitaryware and heating on the same truck, so the installer never waits on site for one missing part.

We also do the boring part properly: the take-off. Send a drawing or a fixture list and we return quantities per apartment or per floor, packed per unit, delivered with the sanitaryware and the heating on the same truck. That is how a plumber spends the day installing instead of driving to a merchant.

Kitchens

Kitchens have more connections than any other room: mixer, filter tap, dishwasher, fridge line, waste disposal. Angle valves, flexible hoses and silent waste specified together keep the cabinet dry and the noise out of the living room.

04 / How to specify it

The decisions that decide the result.

01 / 05

Decide one pipe system and stay in it

Mixing brands of pipe and press fitting voids the compatibility the whole installation depends on, turning a hidden fault into a wall being opened up months after handover. Pipe, fitting and tool logic are supplied as a matched set for exactly that reason.

02 / 05

Decide pipe diameter from real demand, not habit

Undersizing a branch is what kills a rain shower's pressure the day the client actually uses it; oversizing quietly wastes hot water for the life of the building. Diameter should follow the simultaneous demand on the branch, not a default.

03 / 05

Decide where silent drainage actually matters

Standard PVC behind a bedroom headboard is a nightly complaint waiting to happen, even though the same pipe is fine in a service shaft. Multi-layer silent PP belongs next to bedrooms and living spaces.

04 / 05

Decide on manifold distribution before the screed goes down

A joint buried in the screed is a future leak with no access — the fix is breaking out a floor, not tightening a fitting. Radial runs from a manifold avoid that risk and let every fixture be isolated individually.

05 / 05

Decide to test and document before anything is covered

Skipping the recorded pressure test turns any later leak into a dispute over who's liable, rather than a straightforward warranty claim. Test, record and photograph before covering, every time.

Common mistakes

Buried joints in the screed

A joint with no future access is a guaranteed floor-up repair the day it fails. Radial pipework from a manifold avoids the situation entirely.

Waste falls decided on site

Leaving shower and appliance falls to be worked out on the day risks standing water and a drain that never quite clears — especially with a linear drain, where the margin for error is smaller.

Missing isolation valves

Without a valve per fixture, a ten-minute repair becomes shutting off water to the whole building — a cost measured in tenant complaints, not parts.

Terms, plainly
Multilayer pipe
PE-RT/aluminium/PE-RT composite — holds its shape, low expansion, oxygen tight.
PPR
Polypropylene pipework joined by heat welding, common in supply installations.

06 / The long read

What actually decides
a good plumbing order.

A pile of parts from five merchants is where installation delays actually start. We supply pipe, fitting and valve as one compatible system, quantified from your drawing. This is the part most suppliers leave out: what we import, how plumbing should be specified before anyone prices it, where projects lose money, and what our 1–2 wks lead time actually covers.

01

What we import, and what lands on site

A bathroom or a kitchen is only as good as what sits behind the wall. We import plumbing systems — multilayer and PPR pipework, brass fittings, manifolds, valves, concealed cisterns, drainage and waste — and supply them as one coordinated package with the sanitaryware and heating on the same order, so the installer receives a system rather than a pile of parts.

Because we buy plumbing directly from the factories, the range you see is the range we can programme — not a catalogue we hope to source later. In practice that means water supply pipework, brass fittings & valves and manifolds & cabinets, each with its own price band and availability, so a specification can be tuned to a budget instead of abandoned.

A system installers trust, not a pile of parts: pipe, fitting, manifold and valve are specified together with one compatibility logic, so nothing fails at the joint.

Delivered with the sanitaryware and heating on the same truck, so the installer never waits on site for one missing part.

02

How plumbing should be specified before it is priced

Specifying plumbing well comes down to a short list of decisions taken in the right order — decide one pipe system and stay in it, decide pipe diameter from real demand, not habit, decide where silent drainage actually matters and decide on manifold distribution before the screed goes down. Taken on paper, these cost nothing. Taken on site, each one is a change order.

We write the specification with you before anything is quoted, so the number you get is for the material that will actually be installed. That means confirmed dimensions and finishes, the right performance class for the space, and quantities that include the waste factor rather than discovering it mid-installation.

The same reference behaves differently depending on where it goes — apartment blocks, bathroom renovations, kitchens and hotels each carry their own requirements, and we specify against the space rather than against a mood image.

Multilayer pipe

PE-RT/aluminium/PE-RT composite — holds its shape, low expansion, oxygen tight.

PPR

Polypropylene pipework joined by heat welding, common in supply installations.

Manifold

Central distribution block feeding each fixture or circuit radially.

Silent drainage

Multi-layer mineral-filled waste pipe that reduces discharge noise.

03

Where plumbing projects lose time and money

Almost every delay we are called in to rescue traces back to the same handful of causes: buried joints in the screed, waste falls decided on site, missing isolation valves and sizing the incoming supply for today's fixtures only. None of them are exotic, and all of them are avoidable at specification stage.

Buried joints in the screed is the most expensive one, because a joint with no future access is a guaranteed floor-up repair the day it fails. Radial pipework from a manifold avoids the situation entirely.

We have supplied plumbing into bathroom renovations, apartment blocks and kitchens, and the pattern is consistent: the projects that run smoothly are the ones where the material was locked before the trades were booked.

Waste falls decided on site — checked once on paper, never again on site.

Missing isolation valves

Without a valve per fixture, a ten-minute repair becomes shutting off water to the whole building — a cost measured in tenant complaints, not parts.

Sizing the incoming supply for today's fixtures only

A main sized only for the current fixture count leaves no margin for a future rain shower or extra bathroom, and upsizing later means reopening walls that are already finished.

04

Lead times, pricing and what we handle

Standard lead time on plumbing is 1–2 wks from confirmed specification, and that window covers the whole chain — factory programming, consolidation, transport, customs where applicable and delivery to site or to your warehouse. We quote the landed number, not an ex-works price that grows later.

Pricing is per project rather than per line. Because we import directly and consolidate plumbing with the rest of the materials for the same room, you get one quote, one delivery window and one point of contact — and the savings show up on the total, not just on a headline reference.

If you already have drawings, send them and we will come back with a specification and a landed price. If you do not, we will build the specification with you first. Either way, nothing is ordered until the quantities, finishes and dates are agreed in writing.

07 / Questions

Frequently asked

How is a plumbing package priced?+

Send the fixture list or drawing and we return a priced take-off covering pipe, fittings, manifolds and drainage per unit or per apartment, not a loose parts list.

Is there a minimum order for pipework or fittings?+

Fast-moving diameters and fittings can be ordered in small quantities from stock; full apartment or building runs are programmed as one batch.

Do you hold plumbing materials in stock?+

Common diameters, brass fittings and valves are held locally, with less common sizes and full systems programmed at 1–2 weeks.

What is the lead time and do you deliver to site?+

Stocked items ship within days and programmed orders land in 1–2 weeks, delivered directly to site or coordinated with the sanitaryware and heating order.

Can you price a full plumbing take-off from my drawings?+

Yes, send the drawing or fixture schedule and we return a quantified package priced per unit or per apartment, ready to hand to the installer.

Do the plumbing and sanitaryware fittings match?+

They are specified together, so concealed cisterns, frames and flush plates are matched to the actual sanitaryware range before ordering.

Are replacement parts available years after installation?+

We supply from installer-trusted brands with ongoing parts availability, so valves, cartridges and manifold components can be sourced later.

Do you supply trade installers as well as developers?+

Yes, we quote plumbers and contractors directly and also run full material packages for developers and architects on the same terms.

Do you deliver plumbing materials across Greece and the islands?+

Yes, nationwide delivery is standard, and we coordinate timing with the sanitaryware and heating delivery so the installer receives everything together.
